		<description>Steph, you are getting a really good assortment of teaching experiences.  You should be able to tell with some accuracy after this year whether you really want to pursue it as a career.  From my point of view, those impromptu moments were the most fun and the most challenging.  I think it&#039;s great that your students are comfortable enough in class to ask you these questions!</description>
